This vibrant, successful fundraising program creates holiday magic for foster children by coordinating directly with the Sonoma County Family, Youth and Children’s (FYC) Division.

Our all-volunteer committee matches each child’s holiday gifts to their requests, often for essential needs such as clothing and school supplies. The committee then uses donated funds to shop tirelessly for each gift item.

Give-a-Gift partners locally with Mike’s Bikes to fulfill the many bicycle requests. For foster youth, bikes are not just a form of recreation; they are a mode of transportation to and from school or, for older youth, to and from a part-time job. In addition to significant discounts on high-quality road bikes, Mike's Bikes donates helmets for the safety of the cyclists.
